It's a month since the passing of Guru who was most recognized as one half of the famed Hip-Hop duo Gang Starr. Now Guru's long term musical side-kick and half of the duo is here in London to commemorate his friends legacy and remind us of what made the DJ Premier Boom Bap and Scratch the signature sound that it is in rap music production today.
Set for a date on the 17th of May at the famous London Jazz Cafe it promises to be a night of mixes from infectious classics that will include many from the duos illustrious back catalogue to the countless chart topping singles produced by himself for as many famous names in the music business.
