A bit of blatant nepotism from the maningrey but my flatmate's band are brilliant! They are signed to the marginaly "hip" label Transgressive, home of The Young Knifes, Foals et al, but too ornery and lazy to promote themselves properly. So I thought I would lend a small helping hand, their stuff is quite weird and muso, making me think of XTC, Beefheart, Magazine so I thought the gentle readers of this blog might enjoy them as they offer much room for beard stroking and spaz dancing. Check out the links below and let me know what you think, they produced the music themselves so I would be particulaly interested in hearing what the various producer types out there thought and any useful comments about EQ etc will be passed on. If you hate it, then again comment, hate comments are the funniest!
